API's use of personal information supplied by you is governed by our privacy policy.

(1) Privacy protection for the use of Webtrekk
We use the services of Webtrekk GmbH, Boxhagener Str. 76-78, 10245 Berlin, Germany (, to collect statistical data of the use of our websites and to optimize our offer accordingly. Webtrekk GmbH has been certified for data protection, in the sector Web Controlling Software, by TUV Saarland. A part of the certification is an audit at Webtrekk on-site in Berlin and at the hosting location, where the acquisition and processing of tracked data is checked regarding data protection conformity and security.

Within the framework of the use of this website, information, which your browser submits, will be collected and analysed. This is done by a cookie technology and so-called pixel, which are integrated on each website.

API may at any time make alterations to or withdraw this web site or any part of it.

Goods will only be shipped upon cleared funds, if the items are available.
If items are not available your order will be placed on our "Back Order" system, i.e. goods will be shipped when in stock. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Any information provided by you in connection with any transaction regarding your credit or debit card numbers, expiry date and billing or delivery address will be used by us to process the transaction. These details will be stored on a secure server and may be used to personalise the site to better meet your needs, or facilitate future transactions with you. Card numbers will not be disclosed to any other party.

16. Merchandise

When purchasing a product or making use of our online subscription form, you will receive a confirmation mail from profi international as well as from WorldPay or PayPal, the company that processes your payment. Your order details will be shown on these emails. In case of queries or questions, refer to the information given in these mails.

17. Refund policy

We will replace, exchange or refund items supplied which are clearly subject to a manufacturing fault. You also have the right within seven days to return purchased goods without reason. Should you receive your order and decide some or all of it is not suited to your needs, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. However the following conditions must be met:

1. The item/s must be in unopened re-saleable condition.
2. You must notify our Customer Service department by telephone at your earliest convenience and confirm in writing i.e. by letter or email (and in any case no more than seven days after receipt of your goods) that you wish to return them, whereupon you will be given instructions of where to return them.
3. Return postage costs are the liability of the customer.

18. Delivery

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. However most items are posted first class or standard parcel post dependent on weight. If you are not in when the items are being delivered you should receive a card informing you of the reason the item could not be delivered. It is then your responsibility to have the items redelivered.

19. Condition of Goods

Unless otherwise stated the goods are new. The photograph(s) may show the good(s) for sale or a model of similar type and representation.

20. Models / Toys

Some of the merchandise we sell is intended only for display, and therefore may be unsuitable for some children.

21. Customs

When ordering goods for delivery overseas the transaction may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges.
