Prototype Fendt 700 goes ploughing

While the new 800 series has only recently been unveiled and is not even on farms yet, Fendt is already working on other fresh tractor models as it heads into the next decade.
German website landtecknikmagazin.de has managed to snap pictures of a yet unknown Fendt model. Although no decals grace the bonnet, the exterior styling suggests that this could well be a new Vario 700 prototype. Sharing the family look of the larger 800 and 900 series models, this smaller frame tractor gets a new and roomier cab, too. Landtecknikmagazin.de also suggests that the blue fuel tank cap could mean that the tractor will feature a SCR catalyst and AdBlue tank as on the new 800s.
