Harry West goes black on new feeders |
Shropshire-based manufacturer and importer Harry West (Prees) plans to launch a new range of vertical-auger diet feeders at the Royal Highland Show on June 25-28th. Built at Curtarolo, near Venice, the Black Bull and Black Horse machines are said to complement the firm's existing range of 9m³ to 45m³ Tiger vertical diet feeders, but are more easily ‘tailor-able' to an individual customer's requirements. The Black Bull family (pic) spans from 9m³ to 20m³ with single or twin augers and is equipped with a single-speed transmission; whereas the Black Horse range includes models from 9m³ to 24m³ with single or twin augers and features a two-speed transmission. Prices of the two feeder lines are still to be announced.
