Having developed a fully mounted 9m version of its Multidisc cultivator, manufacturer Tulip says there is now a request for a 12m model from Australian farmers. The firm has so far supplied three Multidisc 900XLH cultivators through its importer Lely Australia. By keeping the cultivator fully mounted it is cheaper than trailed machines, which seems to be striking a chord with farmers there. Lift capacity is said to be not a problem with the machine pictured being operated by a Challenger MT845 in Queensland.
